If you choose to return for whatever reason any product/s you bought from us, just inform us either by phone call, text, or email within 48 hours upon receipt of the purchased merchandize.
Expect someone from our team will communicate to you and facility a possible return, refund or store credit.
The facilitation will depend of the item, digital product, or services purchased.
Tangible Products ship within USA:
Our US logistic agent can arrange for a return of parcel to our US address and get a full refund which include return shipping.
This is as long as the item is return to us the same condition as it left us, with all the tags attached, ship back to us using the same box we used to ship to the recipient.
The process of return and refund should be done within the allowable 9 days window upon receipt of our delivery to you.
Tangible Products ship to other countries:
Sorry if we will not accept return for other countries – it will cost us more to facilitate that. What we can do is give you full amount store credit or full refund for the cost of the item purchased.
